But, destiny wanted to take him in a different direction. Leaving behind a superb chamber, in 1992, He perforce commenced direct practice with the Metropolitan Magistrates’ Courts and Sessions Courts. During all these years of practice, He kept the flame of academics alive in his heart. After 9 long years, in 1999, He completed his LL.M. from Mumbai University and was awarded a Masters in Law Degree. Burning the mid-night lamp, in the year 2000, He visited Britain and graduated as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wale. With the march of time, his practice profile has got substantially altered. When he began law practice, He had mostly Bails and Anticipatory Bails with Criminal Revisions in the Sessions Courts. Now, He has more of Civil Suits in the High Court + City Civil Courts + Small Causes Courts, Arbitrations, NCLT Petitions, and much loved Trial work, both in the Criminal and Civil Courts. In other terms, He has completely changed over the years. He is looking forward to only Arbitrations and Trial Work (in both Civil and Criminal Courts), since it is most satisfying to an Advocate.
